Now I am going to go on a rant now; feel free to skip this part. Sorry in advance. Today must have been one of the worse experiences I have had at a Disney Park; it did not seem well managed at all; getting into the park took 20 minutes which is abnormal, and the cast members weren’t very friendly. Finally, the queuing system at Disney is appalling! I entered the Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway when it clearly stated 45 minutes on the board and the app; I was in the queue for over 2 hours as they prioritised the Lightening lane people.

Now I appreciate they paid for that, but when it is near on impossible to get a lightning lane, it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth; it’s not like I couldn’t afford it, but by the time I looked, all the slots have gone. And seeing countless people in the lightning lane whizz past you to get on the ride while we were waiting so long is just wrong. The cast members focused on moving the lightning lane rather than the main one.

I know Disney are in it to make money solely to please their shareholders, but when this is a once-in-a-lifetime trip, you want to feel like they actually care for their guests and today just showed their ugly face as a business.
